Bomb Atomically is an 8.3% DDH Double IPA created as part of Omnipollo’s Freaky Friday series, recreating one of Monkish Brewing’s celebrated recipes. Built around Citra and Galaxy hops, Omnipollo waited until it secured an exceptional lot of Galaxy before brewing its version. The beer follows the original Monkish recipe and even carries the original artwork, bringing a taste of the acclaimed Torrance, California brewery to Omnipollo’s Church brewery in Sweden.
