Bamberg bock beer
Traditional and full-bodied.
Every year in mid-October and traditionally when the bock beer is tapped in the historic tithe barn, our light, bottom-fermented bock is tapped. An attractive, bright, golden yellow beer.
The delicate recency and the fine-pored foam ensure a soft and round mouthfeel. The aftertaste has a subtle, delicate, grassy and fine hop bitterness that is reminiscent of blossom honey and makes you want to take the next sip. Beautiful fullness and light malt sweetness are paired with a close-knit hop bitterness and give the bock the necessary backbone with a long and harmonious finish.
