A 3 year old barrel-aged mixed fermentation saison blended with fresh saison and conditioned on 450 g/l of Apricot, Sea Buckthorn and Rosehip.

We’ve gone big on the fruit for an opaque, breakfast juice appearance along with big, juicy base notes of apricot jam and tinned peaches. The time spent in barrel brings an underlying complexity, with botanical notes of juniper and heather that are woven all the way through to the finish, with a lasting pineapple zing and sherbet fizz.
Due to the high g/l fruiting rates this beer contains natural sediment. Please gently mix to incorporate before opening
Although this beer will be good for years, we recommend drinking within a year for maximum fruit impact.
