Brewed with a small amount of hops to allow the sour character to come through, as well as added nettles for a slight savoury note. In the late summer, we pick local blackberries found along the Suffolk lanes close to the brewery which we add directly to the barrel. The sharp fruity flavours then enhance this already mouth puckering beer.
