Imperial Stout with Coconut, Cacao and Tanzanian Vanilla.
The flavour is dominated by heaps of toasted coconut and delicate dry notes of cocoa powder and a noticeable sweetness from the Tanzanian Vanilla which holds its own in the flavour profile. Creating an overall roasty decadence that is robust, yet elegant.
The finish is subtly dessert-like but with a delicate amount of bitterness, a result of the complex malt bill and addition of toasted coconut during fermentation. Both complementing the pallet just enough to create a complex balance that lets the individual adjuncts shine.
