In celebration of 4/20 we developed a 'Skunked IPA' - designed to capture the pungent, skunky essence of cannabis without THC or CBD.
Our approach centered on a selection of potent, dank hops to build complex layers of resinous pine and earthy undertones. For this Skunked IPA we went with Citra, Columbus, Idaho 7 CGX, and Nelson Sauvin - all of these bringing distinct aromas and flavour compounds to amplify the deep herbal vibes we were after.
To heighten this profile, we incorporated King Louie XIII BrewGas from Abstrax, a specialised terpene blend that mirrors the olfactory character of THC compounds. This combination delivers a clean, effervescent beer with a herbaceous intensity that deepens with every sip.
