This is why I work with beer. This beer started in 2018. 4 years in the making and finally packaged. IT. IS. FIRE and MONEY all at once. This beer spent 3 years in Willett Family Estate rye whiskey barrels. We then sent a sample of each barrel to Cory King at Side Project for an Instagram live tasting to join select complementing barrels into one beer. I can honestly say that this is the most cohesive and ambitious brewing process leading up to one single beer that I have ever been a part of. Thank you Cory and team at Side Project for trusting us with this baby, you guys make the best stouts in the world. 33 cl bottle.
