We have really let the reigns off with this one! A super lean west coast DIPA built ground up with pilsner malt, rasping C hop bittering coupled to excessive late hop additions and a healthy hop dip. Fermented clean with Chico and then dry hopped hard and huge with a superstar quartet. Stunner.
