It's time to get stupid! Big Stupid Westy V.6 is here! We’ve been tweaking and adapting the recipe for this 6.8% WCIPA over the years and it's influenced by the super crisp, lean, pale and crushable modern west coast beers we were recently drinking at the Firestone Walker Invitational in California.
Rounded resinous bittering via hop extract, a big Mosaic whirlpool and hop dip combined with a great four-way dry hop combo of Krush, Nectaron, Chinook and Columbus for strong and deep aromatics. Strong, deep, dank black pepper and orange peel aromas. Expect a dry finish, mild bitterness and sweetness, with flavours of sticky candy, grapefruit and gooseberry.
