Omnipollo Bianca PB & J takes the brewery’s iconic Lassi Gose series in a nostalgic new direction. Inspired by a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich, this 6% sour beer combines raspberry with real peanuts for a rich, fruity and distinctly dessert-like drinking experience. The wider Bianca series takes inspiration from mango lassi, combining fruit, vanilla and yoghurt influences with the salty sour character of traditional German Gose.
