8.3% Double Stout Aged in Rum & Cognac Barrels
Named after the famous cocktail, Between the Sheets started as a bold
double stout which we knew would be perfect for barrel ageing and the
chance to experiment. We aged half in Caribbean Rum barrels and half in
Cognac barrels for 9 months before blending back together. This has
created a wonderfully unique beer, with the characters of both spirits
pleasantly intertwining with notes of dried fruit, muscovado sugar and
oak.
