Tropical fruits on the nose with a very light hay funk that leads into dry and light vanilla oak tannins. Medium body, full mouthfeel after 13 months in foeder.
Many months ago we pulled up sticks to move to the countryside always in our minds eye developing a house pale that blended a light and crisp malt profile with noble hop aroma and a funky yeast profile. Time and yeast have provided their magic into producing this unctuous, dry, fruity and delicately hopped Farmhouse Pale. Cause you ain’t living unless you “Bet the Farm”.
