An imperial gose brewed with redcurrants and aged in Champagne and Sauternes barrels.
Taste: Redcurrant tartness and a creamy Sauternes dessert wine characteristic sweetness mixes with a refreshing minerality and hints of mixed spices. Full bodied and well developed citrus acidity follows, with a touch of plum coming in before being washed down by smooth carbonation.
Appearance: Dark red with a brief pink foam.
Nose: Fresh redcurrants, fragrant rose petals and sweet cherries mix with hints of kumquat zest and grape skins .
Malts: Bohemian pilsner malt, Pilsner zero
Hops: Redcurrants, Hüll Melon, Himalayan pink salt, coriander seeds
OG 21 ; FG 7.5 ; IBU 10 ; TA 10.7 g/l lactic acid
