The 2023 version of our annual Belgian Christmas Ale is - as style guidelines and tradition dictate - bursting with flavours of fresh and dried fruit with a warming festive glow. It’s a little lighter in ABV than previous vintages but no less full and rounded; seven different malts are carefully balanced to offer all the Christmas goodies in perfect balance.
High definition banana, apple, pear and berry flavours combine with rich toffee, caramel and biscuit to fill the mouth, lingering and tingling, dancing and evolving on the palate. It’s indulgent but crisp and clean; needless to say it pairs impeccably with a hunk of stilton and a generous wedge of Christmas cake.
