A 6.6% Kveik IPA hopped with Sabro, Azacca & Chinook. For the latest in our Photographic IPA series we've gone to the Norse lands using this years fresh release of Kveik yeast. If you didn't hear about this one last year it's a Norwegian yeast that ferments at unusually high temperatures of up to 40 degrees. It imparts tons of esters to a beer with notes of silky stone fruit, citrus and a little spice. Adding to this some of our favourite hops with the gorgeous, creamy and coconutty Sabro and the big tropical hop bomb of Azacca means this beer delivers an amazing tropical salad to your palette!
