We have matured our beautifully balanced American IPA in Buffalo Trace barrels. After maturing, we dry-hopped the beer, which brings out the hop flavor even more. The fruity tones of the IPA in combination with the vanilla and honey of the bourbon provide a wonderfully full and creamy surprise!
