A sumptuous double-mash stout with intense notes of dark chocolate and morello cherry. Once brewed, this beer is aged for 12 months using cognac barrels, enhancing the body, and complimenting the cherry-chocolate notes with the liquor's sweet, spicy, candied fruit notes, adding layers of depth and complexity.
