We have used a blend of malts including Pils, Cara, Brown and Mroost. Magnum, Chinook & Savinjski Goldings hop varieties balance it out beautifully. Rich threads of chocolate and coffee layered on top of a clean lager fermentation. Pure deliciousness!
Out once a year, this is the best yet!
