Originally released as part of our 5th Birthday Celebration, The Final Chapter was our collaboration with highly rated stout legends Emperor’s Brewery. A direct descendant of our infamous Tonkoko range, sweet chocolate and floral characteristics from the tonka and cacao counterbalance the bitterness and sweet molasses depth coming from the addition of a quarter of a tonne of honeycomb. After 15 months of barrel ageing in Plantation Rum barrels, BA The Final Chapter now imparts flavours of rich oak as well as warm molasses and rich burnt sugars which add depth to an already deeply decadent beer.
