Marsala & Spanish Liqueur d'Expedition Wine Barrel Aged Baltic Porter – 0.33L

Brewed during the long nights of 2021 as the same base beer (without the Palo Santo wood addition) as Baltic Porter Day 2022, this has been resting in fine Marsala & Spanish Liqueur d'Expedition wine barrels since then. This aged version has the sweet oat creaminess of Baltic Porter Day 2022 combined with classical red fruits and is then elevated into a medley of vinous grapes, black pepper, and apricot jam - offering a luxury spin on the previous year's celebration. 

Baltic Porter is a style that has been an important part of Põhjala's story since day one so this year we're continuing an annual celebration of that beerstyle by taking part of Baltic Porter Day and releasing not just one, but two new beers to give this style the attention it truly deserves:
