A meeting of minds and differing approaches. Working with our friend Tom Oliver of Oliver's Cider and Perry, we fermented pear juice in a natural red wine barrel for 10 months before dry-hopping with NZ Cascade and Nelson Sauvin. Conditioned for a year in bottle.
