A West Coast IPA. Crystal malt brings some light caramel notes and wheat brings some body to bridge the bitter hop character. A heavy dose of Chinook and Simcoe during the boil for the classic pithy bitterness. Same two on a low temperature dry hop for grapefruit, resin and stone fruit.
This beer is Vegan friendly.
