The last Session Sour to be released in 2020! Our smaller sized Modern Sour Beers are all about approachable, crushable flavours. 
As ever, our base sour beer is spritzy, bright and refreshingly tart. To pair with our mixed-culture fermentation, 300g/l of apricots were dosed to the very brim of the fermenter. Apricot Session Sour is bursting with fresh fruit aroma and apricot jam flavour.
