The Prizm - Eplepai is an imperial stout tart in collaboration with the Bådin brewery.
Bådin is the story of 6 friends and a shared passion: good beer. They embarked on the brewing adventure, initially as volunteers, and eventually employed 4 people full-time.
They came down to Vendargues to brew with us a beer as warming as a homemade dessert: EPLEPAI , an Imperial Stout with tarte tatin. When hot, we infused cinnamon and nutmeg , with a light hand because we know the danger: too much, and it becomes a stifling Christmas. Here, it's just what you need. And when cold, we threw in a good shot of cider apple juice , for the acidity, the freshness, and the nod to the famous tart. It's delicious , balanced , comforting . A pastry grog to drink when you need warmth, a hug, or just something good.
