ANDREUBRÄU. We love this time of year because it gives us the opportunity to brew our annual Festbier. This year, we've gone all in with some of the finest German malts and hops sourced directly from the Seitz farm in the Hallertau region of Germany. We've selected the German barley variety Barke, in Pilsner and Vienna-style malts, to give the beer a chewier, honeyed character. The hop choice is unique: Seitz Farm Hallertauer Hersbrucker. This wonderful noble hop provides a light orange blossom aroma mixed with herbal depth and a hint of spiciness. The beer has a beautiful light golden color and is incredibly easy to drink thanks to its smooth mouthfeel and the balance between the gentle sweetness of the malt and the bitterness of the hops.
