A long-overdue continuation of our original Patrons series, and an opportunity to work with an early friend of the brewery in James Kemp. We went big with the stout base, loading up with a complex mix of roasted and crystal malts, infused with single-origin El Salvador coffee from our local roaster North Star for notes of plum, marzipan, and orange, complemented with plum juice in the FV.
