A West Coast DIPA hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, and Mosaic.
Taste: Big bold pithy citrus fruits combine with dank bitterness and a gentle malt sweetness, before taking your tastebuds down a path of hop fields and back to the heady days of West Coast bitterness. The subtle hints of melon and ruby grapefruit return in the end, before being washed over with a fine bitter bite, leaving you wanting more.
Appearance: A clear light orange with a light fluffy head.
Nose: Dank heavy grapefruit and pine cone mix with freshly squeezed mandarin juice.
Malts: Pilsner zero, Dextrin malt
Hops: Chinook BBC, Simcoe T90, Simcoe Cryo, Chinook Cryo, Mosaic Lupomax
