DIPA
It had to happen eventually... A seriously old school, classic, extremely hoppy and bitter DIPA. Over our years of playing around with hops, variations and techniques, we managed to settle on a hop bill to bring through maximum perceived bitterness to create our first "classic" DIPA.
Hops: HBC522, Simcoe, Zappa, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic Cryo
