In 2018 we set out to challenge perceptions of what beer could be. Almost 500 unique recipes later we’ve packed them with mountains of fruit, chocolate, spices, marshmallow fluff and everything in between.
To celebrate eight years of pushing boundaries, we've revisited the Vault City archives and reimagined eight beers from 2018 to 2025, each with a brand-new twist.
Eight years, eight of our favourite adjuncts. Brewed to celebrate Vault City’s 8th birthday (carrying the torch from 2025’s 7 Years Sour), this decadent dessert beer brings together a bold medley of cherry, blackberry, banana and pear, layered with cinnamon, vanilla, vegan white chocolate, and maple syrup.
We’ve thrown a lot into our beers over the years (sometimes quite literally), but for this one we wanted to shine a light on some of the additions that have defined our journey so far. A proper birthday treat.
