For Billelis’ fifth release, we’ve brewed a thick and hazy IPA, led by a Golden Axis of New Zealand hops.
We’ve put together this host of hop varieties we think are a bit underrated. There’s Luminosa, Waimea, Wai-iti, and The Bruce, which displays complex citrus with punchy tropical fruit character.
The combination of these hops brings together aromas and flavours of super fruity apricots, peach, exotic citrus and a touch of lemon, wrapped up in one of our signature hazy brews.
