This DDH IPA uses the same grist as our Hooked On series, we’ve delved into the world of orange-flavoured hops, leaning into a more citrus palate.
Mandarina Bavaria, Eclipse, Hallertau, Tango, Loral and Loral Cryo keep things fresh and fruity while the addition of Curaçao orange peel and orange zest keep the acidity and pithiness to a delicately dry level.
