Our fourth Patrons Project release with Chris (Simpsons artist); a freshly laid pale ale.
This is a twist-on-a-classic 5.5% pale ale, showcasing a couple of lesser-used Australian hop varieties, namely Ella and Topaz, backed up by our-beloved Citra.
Expect a straw-coloured pale ale, with a hit of tropical orange, lemon, and a little bit herbal and a nice medium mouthfeel.
A perfect beer to sup while tucking into your chocolate eggs.
5.5% ABV // 10 EBC // 20 IBU // 1.057 OG // 440ML
INGREDIENTS: Water, Malted BARLEY (GLUTEN), WHEAT (GLUTEN), OATS (GLUTEN), Hops, Yeast
It’s between the end of March and early May, so it must be Easter, we think?
