Season 24|25 Blend No. 13 - Bottled 14/03/2025
For this ‘classic’ version of the Zenne y Frontera, we blended not less than five different barrels of sherry aged lambics. The barrels are a mix of two very old oloroso and two amontillado barrels, and one PX barrel from three small family bodegas. Bodegas Joséfa Perez and Fernàndez Gao are both located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera and Gutiérrez Colosia is located at El Puerto De Santa Maria. We aged four-year-old lambics for an additional year on these sherry casks. Consequently, the weighted average age of this blend is over 58 months.
