We put together a cherry cola-inspired sour for our next LeiMai collaboration, loading a sessionable wheat-led base with over 100g/l of sweet and sour cherry for an optimum balance tangy and juicy. Rounded out with some lactose and vanilla and aromas of classic cola, this beer is bound to bring back some memories of pop from our youth!
