Survivalist Haze tasked us with creating the perfect beer to crack open after setting up camp after a hike, at a responsible ABV. Hiking into the depths of an imaginary forest we used Idaho 7 and Columbus hops to mirror its piney terroir, plus Azacca, Mosaic, and Talus for fruit-forward refreshment. Finally, an oat-heavy base keeps the mouthfeel full even at a lower ABV.
