Eraclea Pilsner Malt from the Italian coast and a combination of Žatec Poloranné Červeňák with German Tettnanger ensure a fresh hop character complemented by a subtle spiciness and a balanced floral and herbal aroma. Decoction mashing and light dry-hopping give the beer a traditional and at the same time modern dimension.
