Our final, tenth, 10th Anniversary release and we had to go big and acknowledge the first ever Patrons Projects series with our good friend Tom Joy. This is a re-release of the seventh brew in Tom’s original series, For Coco, amped up to a huge 14.5%. This Imperial Stout was aged for 18 months in Speyside whisky barrels. A fitting way to close our 10th Anniversary releases.
14.5% ABV // 90 EBC // 40 IBU // 1.140 OG // 330ML

INGREDIENTS: Water, Malted BARLEY (GLUTEN), OATS (GLUTEN), Hops, Yeast
Our final, tenth, 10th Anniversary release of the year and we had to go big and acknowledge the first ever Patrons Projects series with our good friend Tom Joy.

Tom’s series was the start of it all, and also the series that had the longest time between his first and final releases!

This is a re-release of the final brew in Tom’s original series, For Coco, amped up to a huge 14.5%. This Extra BA Imperial Stout was aged for 18 months in Speyside whisky barrels and has a deep, rich, strong flavour.

Cheers to Tom for shooting the photos of this release and letting For Coco come back.

A fitting way to close out our 10th Anniversary releases.
